Refurbished products are products that were originally purchased and returned by customers. In most cases the reason for the return was something as minor as the wrong size, color, a compatibility issue or the customer not knowing how to properly use the product. The returned products are sent back to either an original manufacturer or a third-party refurbishment company like “US” where they can usually be restored to like-new condition.
Before Hardware is sold, our team of certified specialist will restore each unit, replace any sub-standard parts, re-install software that originally shipped with the unit and any additional software that is included on each machine, tests for quality-control issues, then repack with fresh cables and the original power adaptor.

All native working “Master Photoshop, Indesign or Illustrator files” remain the property of EM2 unless requested. As a client you are paying only for a deliverable purchase “final product” such as a tangible flyer or business card design not “the tools to create the product” such as (stock photography, fonts, sketches, notes, layered files and etc.) The industry standard for a master file transfer fee is 300% of the total bill. This covers the loss of future income for the designer.
Upon clearance of final payment, you own the rights to the stationery artwork that applies only to the finalized design. Other “work production” design materials remains property of EM2 unless a transferable fee agreement has been made.
Every graphic design project is different, but it typical takes about 3 days to complete a 100% custom design. Of course your project could easily be completed sooner or take even longer depending on the complexity. Additionally, how quickly you respond to request, supply us content, and approve each step of your project will factor into the amount of take it will take to complete.
Typically 3 revisions is included at no additional charge. After that a minimum fee of $10 is applied to each additional revision.

Yes, we will be glad to print it even if we did not design it.
Yes, we can just do the design if you like however there will be a file setup/delivery fee if you do not get your graphic design project printed with us. The file will be sent via compressed JPEG or PDF only.
We can take multiple Mac or PC unlimited file sizes uploaded to our server at once. Any file output such as .PDF, .SIT, .JPEG or .ZIP will be authorized.
We accept Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash and money orders. Sorry we no longer accept business or personal checks.
Project pricing can vary greatly and is determined at the time of estimate rater a 100% upfront charge, 50% non refundable deposit or payment due IN FULL at the completion of a project.
Rush charges can vary depending on the urgency of the project but from 50% up to 200%.
If a job gets cancel before, midway or no longer needed through production a “kill fee” of 50% of the total cost of the project is due immediately.

If you want to save more money, a refurbished unit is the way to go. Generally speaking, savings on refurbish products range from 10 to 50 percent off the unit’s original price.
Products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment has been processed. FedEx takes from 1 to 5 business days to get to you depending on your location. Design jobs will be shipped immediately after printing.

For Alaska and Hawaii, please order using 2nd Day Air service. We are also happy to ship to you anywhere around the world. Please provide us the exact shipping address (street address if available), along with the quantity and product type you want to order, and we will let you know the additional shipping costs. The warranty varies. It depends on the product.
All new selected items come with a 14-day warranty. This includes any repairs such as hard drive failure or motherboard malfunction (items wont power on). This warranty does not cover water or accidental damage such as a broken display. There is no refund on any refurbished item once item(s) has been delivered.
We have a 14 day return policy for all new items. There is no returns on refurbish products.
